"Same room spirit in multisite fashion" refers to making globally distributed development of software intensive systems better, more productive and effective. This is increasingly important as business forces, such as increasing competition, complexity and time to market pressure require project development on multiple sites. The industry suffers from decreasing productivity due to current practices and tools that do not support globally distributed development well.
